The registration fee includes:

REGISTRATION DEADLINE
June 15, 2026. After this date, please contact the Technical Secretariat.
Important: The registration will be automatically cancelled if payment is not received within 15 days from the date of registration (no prior notice from the organization is required). If your institution needs a longer payment period, please inform us.

If your institution requires a pro forma invoice, please indicate this in the comments section and send an email to info@ricixi.com.
If you need to include a purchase order number on the invoice, please specify it during the registration process in the corresponding field.

Registration will be confirmed once the Technical Secretariat has verified receipt of the payment.
CANCELLATIONS
- Until 31/05/2025: Full refund.
- From 01/06/2025 to 15/06/2025: 50 % refund of the registration fee.
- After 15/06/2025: No refunds will be made.
REGISTRATION PROCESS
- If you have not yet registered on the platform, please create an account with your personal details.
- Once registered, go to the “Login” section and enter the email address and password you used during registration.
3. After completing the registration form, you can check the status of your registration under “My Account / Registration.”
4. In your personal area, by clicking on “My Account,” you will be able to view all your registrations for the conference, including any submitted scientific communications.
